Tony is a native of Saratoga and graduated from Saratoga High. Tony founded Saratoga Meat and Fish in 2017.He previously owned a meat and fish shop in Pleasanton, California.
Tony is an expert in smoking meats and fish. Some of Tony's specialty items are shopmade seafood chowders, smoked babyback ribs, shop-made meaty chili, fresh paella crafted in his 4-plus foot diameter paella pan, a plethora of crafted sausages, amoonst many other items, recipres and dishes. |
